Accident at Work

Mr T. was a heavy plant operator, who was injured in an accident, and he was unable to return to his original work, and suffered a substantial loss of earnings. His solicitors failed to issue proceedings within the three-year limitation period, and they recommended Mr T. seek advice from our firm. We brought a claim against the former solicitors, which was settled for damages exceeding £75,000.
