Debt Recovery Workshop

Martin Kingman and I head up the Debt Recovery and Corporate teams respectively within the firm.  We have been collaborating to present a couple of interactive workshops giving practical assistance on the use of terms and conditions, recovering debts and credit control processes generally.

We listened to feedback from the last two sessions and this time, rather than bombard you with information, we will use practical examples and highlight the key points that businesses need to be aware of.

When times are hard and companies are taking longer to pay, it is crucial that businesses have appropriate terms and conditions in place and their processes are such that they maximise recovery of monies owed.

The workshops will be useful for any business supplying goods and/or services in a business to business arena; whether you already have terms or are just setting up.

Having a decent set of terms and sensible processes in place is a no-brainer.  It is amazing how many businesses either don’t have terms and conditions, or if they do, fail to incorporate them in their contracts.

We would like to give you the benefit of our experience and would be delighted to answer any specific questions you may have been grappling with. Come and put us to the test on Thursday 9am, 26 November 2009 at Marriott Tudor Park!

So, whether your business is in Medway or further afield, you are an existing client or new to Furley Page, if you want to save yourself some time and money then book onto one of our workshops now. Click on the link to our on-line booking information.
