Beware of the new French Capital Gains Tax rules
In these times of belt tightening, the French Government, like many other countries’ governments, is exploring every possible way to find the money needed to make up France’s budget deficit. One of its favoured ways since the last Finance Act has been to increase taxation for French property owners.

Launch of Expats Radio
Expats Radio is an English language website offering information and entertainment those people with links or interests abroad. There are dedicated pages for the interest of all Francophiles. The website contains interviews with advisers and companies covering a wide variety of topics from legal and financial issues to tips on gardening and health in France.

France Show 2010
On Thursday we were thinking that it might be a logistical nightmare getting to Earl’s Court for the start of the France Show last Friday, 8 January. There were reports of severe weather for the weekend, and we couldn’t predict the conditions in London. We left Kent at 5am to give us enough time in case the weather wasn’t in our favour.
The France Show 2010
Come and visit us at the 2010 France Show (stand P234) on 8th - 10th January, at London Earls Court - it promises to be another great day out with some fabulous new attractions.
