Professional negligence claim : solicitors failed to issue proceedings within three year limitation period

Mr T. was a heavy plant operator, who was injured in an accident and he was unable to return to his original work.  He suffered a substantial loss of earnings.

His solicitors failed to issue proceedings within the three year limitation period and they recommended Mr T. seek advice from our firm.

We brought a claim against the former solicitors, which was settled for damages exceeding £75,000.
