Car crash involving drunk driver

Injured person was hit by drunk driver, whilst being passenger in another car.

Our Client, Mrs. L of Bedford, was injured whilst travelling as a passenger in a vehicle being driven by her husband. Whilst turning a corner in the road their vehicle was struck by the defendant’s car being driven at considerable speed in the opposite direction on the wrong side of the road. It later transpired that the defendant was driving whilst under the influence of excessive alcohol. 

She suffered from an injury to her rib cage and situational (travel) related anxiety. Ross Rowland managed to negotiate a substantial 4 figure sum to compensate her not only for the injuries sustained, but also to recover her financial losses. The award negotiated also included a sum to cover the cost of further treatment, in respect of her ongoing psychological symptoms.
