Cyclist hit by a car

Our client was a cyclist hit by a car that was switching lanes. We recovered a four figure sum in compensation.

Date: March 2010

Our client, Mr H of High Wycombe, was a cyclist hit by a car that was switching lanes, near High Wycombe.

He suffered significant soft tissue injuries to his back, side and left elbow which were bad enough that he had to undergo a course of physiotherapy to assist his rehabilitation. In addition to the injuries suffered by the client, a number of his expensive belongings were also damaged in the accident.

At no expense to the client and without going to Court we recovered a substantial 4 figure sum by way of compensation not only for his injuries but also his belongings.
