Our client, Mrs B of Ashford, was hit by a car pulling out of a minor road, near West Malling, Kent.

She suffered soft tissue injuries to her neck, back and shoulder, which were bad enough that she had to spend several thousand pounds of her own money on a combination of treatment and the fees of an au pair to help care for her infant son.

We were able to recover not only several thousand pounds in damages for the injuries themselves, but several thousand pounds on top for her own outlay, and all at no cost whatsoever to the client.
