Debt Recovery & Credit Control Interactive Workshop

Furley Page is presenting an interactive workshop with Kent Invicta Chamber on debt recovery and credit control.  The format is part seminar and part interactive question and answer session, including a full case study.  The workshop will be presented by Martin Kingman, Debt Recovery and Insolvency Manager, who will be joined by Susan Jennings.  Susan heads up the corporate team at Furley Page and specialises in corporate commercial law.

Workshop Intinerary:

• 8.30am-9.00am : Coffee, rolls and registration.
• 9.00am-9.45am : Susan Jennings, specialist in corporate law, will discuss trading terms, how to use them to your best advantage and tips on incorporating them into a contract.
• 9.45am-10.00am : Coffee Break
• 10.00am-10.45am : Martin Kingman, Debt Recovery & Insolvency Manager will talk about debt recovery in general terms, risk analysis, what information to obtain from new clients; late payment and interest; effective debt management and recovery and international trading.
• 10.45am-11.45am : Case study and interactive question and answer session.
