Furley Page Appoints Two New Partners - Spring 2006

Furley Page has appointed two new partners bringing the total number of partners to 22.

Rebecca Tinham is a member of the firm’s business dispute resolution team, concerned with the resolution, through litigation or other means, of business disputes typically involving construction, sale and supply of goods and services, sale of business, partnership and shareholder agreements. She also advises on professional negligence and intellectual property matters, and is part of the firm’s media and technology team.

Aaron Spencer is a member of the firm’s private client team - he specialises in family trusts and Inheritance Tax planning schemes aimed at protecting the assets of a broad range of clients. Aaron also has a busy residential and property portfolio and serves as an advisor and trustee to a number of prominent and historic charitable organisations in Kent.
