The Furley Page website has received the ‘See it Right’ accessibility logo from the Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB), making Furley Page the first law firm in the country to receive the award.
The site is designed to make use of the latest web technologies, while accommodating the needs of those who have difficulty with or are unable to use certain features.
Peter Hawkes, Senior Partner, Furley Page, said: ‘As we regularly advise clients on legal aspects of IT projects, we felt it was important for us to appreciate the practicalities of offering web accessibility which complies with the Disability Discrimination Act.’
