If holiday fever has fuelled your dream of buying a property overseas this could be the moment to find out more about the reality. Online booking is now open for A Place in the Sun - the popular exhibition at the NEC Birmingham from October 1 – 3.
Fluent French-speaking Kent lawyer Sarah Bogard – partner specialising in French property and estate matters at leading regional law firm Furley Page - will be running special seminars at the event where she will talk about the legal issues related to buying and selling properties in France.
Sarah is hosting the Furley Page stand in The French Village with her native French-speaking colleague Florence Richards - a French property and tax adviser who is fluent in English.
A Place in the Sun, closely linked to Channel Four’s popular programme of the same name, attracts thousands of visitors at its twice-yearly events in London and Birmingham.
Sarah commented: “This is an ideal opportunity for people thinking about buying a property overseas to meet and talk with us at The French Village which is a very popular section of the exhibition offering advice in estate agency, financial services, and legal and foreign exchange.”
For further information on Furley Page’s French property services contact Sarah Bogard on 01227 763939.
