Simon Wolfe, Partner with Canterbury solicitors Furley Page has joined the elite in the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.
The Law Society has established a series of panels of specialist solicitors whose credentials are guaranteed.
Simon Wolfe said: "The aim of the Law Society is to help clients with legal problems, identify a solicitor competent and qualified to deal with their particular matter."
Simon’s chosen specialist subjects were the law relating to unmarried couples and law relating to children.
Simon follows hot on the heels of fellow Partner, James Muir-Little, who qualified for Advance Membership earlier in the year specialising in high value settlements and children.
Simon believes that as the law evolves each area becomes increasingly specialised and complex. "There is now a need to sign post people to solicitors with specialist knowledge in a given area of the law."
Furley Page Senior Partner, Peter Hawkes, said: "Simon’s success shows the on going development and commitment to excellence we pride ourselves in as a firm."
