Furley Page Sponsors Simon Langton First Xi Hockey Team

As part of its ongoing community programme, Furley Page Solicitors is sponsoring Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys’ First XI hockey team.

Sponsorship of the prestigious Canterbury school – which is renowned for its sporting achievements – means the First XI squad now has smart burgundy hockey shirts bearing the Furley Page and team logos.

Peter Hawkes, the firm’s senior partner, said: “Furley Page has a dedicated community sponsorship programme which enables us to support the arts, sports and other worthwhile projects. We hope the new kit helps the hockey team gain more success in coming matches.”

Fresh from its victory in the first round of the Plate Competition, the Simon Langton First XI will compete against teams throughout the southern region in the annual St George’s Six-A-Side Tournament in London in March.

And then it’s back to its home ground at Canterbury Hockey Club for the Frank Mason Tournament.
