Kent Lawyer To Run Seminars At Earls Court France Show

Fluent French-speaking Kent lawyer Sarah Bogard will be running seminars on buying properties in France at The France Show at London’s Earls Court from January 8 – 10, 2010.
Sarah, partner and head of the French property team at leading regional law firm Furley Page, will share invaluable tips with visitors at the three-day event which attracts huge crowds of French devotees.
This is the second year running that Furley Page has exhibited at The France Show and you’ll find Sarah and her French property team colleagues at stand P234.
Sarah commented: “It’s great to be part of this event again. It’s good to see so much interest in France from people who are either established across the Channel or are looking to buy there. For the latter group, we can’t emphasise too strongly the importance of doing your research and getting sound advice before purchasing property.”
Her specialist skills guide the client through the entire purchase process, taking the strain out of dealing with a foreign language and French legal documents. She and the Furley Page French property team also advise on French succession and inheritance tax issues, preparation of French and English Wills, and assist with the administration of an estate.
The exhibition’s French property section has a team of experts which include estate agencies, and legal and financial advisers. You can pick up tips on renovations, too!
The France Show also features lifestyle sections, and cookery demonstrations with celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
