Unfair Dismissal And Handling Discipline For Kent Businesses

Unfair dismissal and handling discipline can be thorny topics for Kent employers, however, a practical seminar organised by Furley Page Solicitors in conjunction with Kent Invicta Chamber will help prepare businesses to manage these issues.

Andrew Masters, partner and specialist employment lawyer at Furley Page, said: “The workshop will demystify this difficult subject, providing interactive guidance on when and how to use performance and disciplinary procedures for the benefit of the business.”

The workshop on July 6 at the Marriott Tudor Park Hotel and Country Club, Maidstone, runs from 8am to 11.30am.

Costs, which include breakfast and VAT, are £45 Kent Invicta Chamber members and £60 non-members.
