Gary Marshall has extensive experience resolving disputes in the United Kingdom and internationally. After building a strong foundation of knowledge and experience with a pre-eminent law firm in London since 1984 his experiences were enriched in Hong Kong where he also qualified, in 1993. Gary became a partner of City of London insurance litigation firm, Davies Arnold Cooper in 1990, and it was for this firm that he set up and managed a Hong Kong solicitors practice.
Gary is happy resolving disputes at all levels of complexity and size. He has represented one of Turkey's better known construction companies in two major contract arbitrations involving an Asian oil pipeline.
Gary's time in the legal profession has led him to represent insurers and companies with household names. He has received numerous instructions under specialised schemes such as the ACCA scheme for accountants.
He has represented parties in important directors and officers liability disputes and advised on complex professional indemnity coverage disputes internationally and domestically, including issues involving an overseas hydro electric dam dispute.
Gary is involved developing captive insurance schemes.
Gary works out of the Canterbury and Chatham office and is prepared to travel wherever his clients need him.
