Career

James Muir-Little has been a divorce lawyer in Kent since 1993 and was one of the first thirteen solicitors in the country to qualify for Advanced Membership of the Law Society's Family Panel, with the specialisation of 'high value divorce settlements'.

As Head of Family Law team James Muir-Little practises exclusively in Family Law with over 90% of his work relating to financial issues. He specialises in high value divorce settlements, Capital Gains tax consequences, valuation of Family Companies and pension sharing.
