Sally Barter is a newly qualified solicitor who has the advantage of having practised family law as a paralegal and as a trainee solicitor for five years before qualification.

Sally, a mother of two, recognises how stressful and disruptive breakdowns can be and the effect this inevitably has upon any children involved. Sally approaches her cases with sensitivity ensuring  the best possible outcome for all her clients whilst striving to maintain as much stability for the children both emotionally and financially.

Sally’s philosophy is to deal with disputes in an efficient manner, assisting clients to adopt a conciliatory approach, where possible, whilst still achieving the most favourable outcome for her clients. She aims to put her clients at ease as she recognises that, for many, she will be consulted at the most difficult time of their lives. She guides her clients through legal and practical issues ensuring her clients fully understand the various issues they face and consequently can make informed decisions about their future with confidence.
