Career

Tracey Robins joined Furley Page in March 2008 as Residential Property Manager based at the Thames Gateway office at The Historic Dockyard, Chatham.

Tracey has extensive experience advising on a broad range of residential and development transactions including Acquisition and Disposal of Freehold and Leasehold Properties including Buy to Let, Unregistered Land, Residential Tenancies, Remortgages, Joint Ownership Agreements, Shared Ownership and Staircasing, Freehold Sale and Purchase of pieces of land and Transfer of Equity.

Tracey also undertakes work on behalf of Developers including  Site Assembly and Acquisition, Plot Sales, Conditional Contracts and Option Agreements.
