Testimonials
I came into contact with Tracey Robins some years ago when I was a former estate agent. At the time I was always impressed with her professionalism and approachability which can be important traits when you are attempting to manage the sale progression. Although I regularly recommended her services to my clients, who were equally delighted, I never actually used her myself as I wasn’t in a position to buy a property.
That time came earlier this year and it was a pleasure to experience her service through the buying of my flat. Tracey was professional, friendly and reassuring. If I ever had a question she would respond quickly and clearly and I never had the feeling that I was always ‘on the clock’. Processes and delays were explained in clear, understandable language without an ever present need to ‘blind me with science’. Overall the experience ran very smoothly and I’ve no doubt that this was due to Tracey’s handling of the case.
It felt great having her in my corner and I’d have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective clients.
