Care Homes and Fraud
Our Debt Recovery services have been used, together with our Fraud team’s expertise, to analyse cases where the Local Authority has paid families for care costs and where these funds have been fraudulently misappropriated, by those families, for their own use. We assist both the owners of Care Homes and the Local Authorities, in conjunction with the Police, where necessary.
Care Home Financiers
We also act for specialist Care Home financiers who assist people in raising funds to purchase Care Home buildings and complete businesses, we assist them with recovering commissions due, in respect of these financial products.
Care Homes and Credit Control
We aim to be a seamless extension to that of the Care Home's credit control team, so we can take further action when usual channels have been exhausted.
