We have considerable experience in the area of joint venture and other agreements targeted at the release of substantial sums for diversification or refinancing by major non-agricultural development of land previously restricted to farming.

We advise those in the agricultural sector (whether farmers, growers or producer groups), on appropriate structures for their businesses in relation to mergers, sales, dissolution and succession. We draft and advise on marketing and distribution agreements and on corporate governance. We also advise on agricultural matters should they become disputed.
