We act for a large number of charities. Some very old, some new. Some with assets worth many millions, some much more modest. A large charity, perhaps with a trading 'arm', needs as much regular professional advice as a business. A small charity may not need more than an infrequent service. The firm is able to provide whatever level of service is appropriate.

Typically, work involves establishing new charities and registering them with the Charity Commissioners, advising on the day to day operations of charities, dealing with the special rules relating to property and other major transactions; and advising in relation to constitutional change and, if necessary, winding up.
