We have advised  upon on drafting standard building contracts including JCT and ICE forms

Our expertise covers drafting terms of appointment  and where relevant guarantees or collateral warranties for the benefit of any funder or purchaser or tenant. We negotiate performance bonds and escrow accounts for ongoing development

And we can also help when a scheme  goes wrong. We  handle construction litigation in all the civil courts including the Construction and Technology Court a specialist division of the High Court. One of our dispute resolution team is a member  of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators and is regularly involved in building arbitration.
