Ensuring that the property has lawful planning use and is in compliance with all relevant conditions is fundamental to development and occupation. Environmental law does not just cover advice on contamination and responsibility for clean up. With the assistance of our Dispute Resolution team we have advised on breaches of licences and prosecutions by regulatory authorities together with giving advice on taking or defending claims for nuisance negligence and breach of statutory duty .
