Raising Finance
It may be that as your business grows your lending requirements change or you need to raise finance to expand the business, acquire new assets or a new business or company.
We can discuss with you the bank’s requirements, review facility letters and perfect any necessary security. You may have assets that you can raise the finance against or need to have invoice discounting or factoring. Either way we will be pragmatic in dealing with you and the bank to secure the finance as soon as possible.
You may look to private equity or other lending institutions. We have experience of advising on mezzanine finance, senior debt and subordination and know a number of venture capital firms and commercial finance brokers who may be of use to you.
