About The Team

Furley Page Solicitors specialist debt recovery and insolvency team is acknowledged by the independent legal directories, Chambers UK and The Legal 500 as among the leaders in the South East of England. 

Martin Kingman leads the team, he has wide experience in all aspects of debt recovery, credit control, international debt recovery and enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy and insolvency. 

Assisting Martin is Eileen Quested who is also the firm’s credit controller and debt recovery executive.  Eileen has vast experience in all aspects of credit control and has particular expertise in credit control in the professional services arena.  Eileen has been providing assistance to the debt recovery team for the past 6 years and is experienced in handling debt recovery matters from their inception to the execution of judgments for the recovery of money. 

Alex Hargrove joined the firm in December 2008 to add to the diverse skills which the team possesses. Alex previously worked in another law firm in a similar role and has experience of attending courts and conducting hearings. Alex is currently studying with the Institute of Legal Executives.
