About The Team

Richard Ludlow leads the Debt Recovery and Insolvency team. He specialises in insolvency litigation advising on a range of issues relating to both corporate and personal insolvency. Richard has extensive experience with regards to directors' duties and liabilities as well as defending directors’ who are subject to disqualification proceedings.
Assisting Richard is Steven Keenan who joined the firm in October 2011. Steven brings a wealth of experience to the team. Steven previously worked for a firm in the West End of London where he was involved in a wide range of litigious matters, Steven has good knowledge of large scale debt recovery litigation as well as experience in advising on matters relating to both personal and corporate Insolvency. Steven has a considerable amount of advocacy experience in the local county courts as well as the High Court in London.
Alex Hargrove joined the firm in December 2008 to add to the diverse skills which the team possesses. Alex previously worked in another law firm in a similar role and has experience of attending courts and conducting hearings. Alex is currently studying with the Institute of Legal Executives.
Robert Blowey joined the team in January 2011 and added further experience to the growing team. Robert previously worked for another law firm in a similar role. His experience extends to all areas of debt recovery and he has experience of attending and conducting hearings at the local county courts. Rob is currently taking his final exams before becoming a Legal Executive.
Eileen Quested who is also the firm’s credit controller and debt recovery executive. Eileen has vast experience in all aspects of credit control and has particular expertise in credit control in the professional services arena. Eileen has been providing assistance to the debt recovery team for the past 6 years and is experienced in handling debt recovery matters from their inception to the execution of judgments for the recovery of money.
