What We Charge

We are totally transparent with the fees we charge for the service we provide.  Unlike most of our competitors, we are happy to publish these on our website and we have a totally open fee-scale.  We appreciate that you need to collect your debts with the minimum of cost to your business but that you wish to receive a service and not feel that you are an unimportant number in a faceless computer recovery programme.  We do not compete solely on price.  We are sure that you will not find a complete recovery team who offers the level of expertise we do for the price.  We have our own bespoke recovery system which is managed by legally qualified, experienced and dedicated people to ensure your business is in safe hands.

Sometimes, because of circumstances beyond your controland not within the knowledge of either yourself or ourselves, it becomes apparent that the debtor is unable to discharge its debts and you have to incur the costs and disbursements of the recovery.  In other circumstances, you may not be sure whether you are throwing good money after bad.  In order to make the recovery as cost efficient as possible we only charge minimal fees and statutory disbursements.  We charge mainly on a percentage recovery basis.  This ensures we are as dedicated as you are in being successful. 

We only recover what is in your best interests and we are not interested in making a quick buck on a particular matter.  We aim to have a long term and durable business relationship with all our clients who are satisfied with the service we provide, the costs that we charge and results we get.  Many of our existing clients have come to us as a result of our clients recommending them to us.  We are extremely proud of this fact and we hope that our being recommended continues as it offers the best indicator that we are meeting our clients’ needs.
