Litigation

In a number of cases it may not be possible to resolve disputes outside court proceedings. For example, it may be necessary to take emergency measures and obtain interim injunctions or an opposing party may be unwilling to negotiate.

We have substantial experience in representing parties in courts of all levels from Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court and Appellant courts. Whatever the level, our policy is to pursue the case in the most cost efficient manner and bring the case to a conclusion whether negotiated or at the conclusion of a full hearing as quickly as possible.
