Risk Management

A team member is a Member of the Institute of Risk Management.  He has experience at considering various issues relating to risk management on behalf of companies and has assisted in assessing areas of risk for a small nation State.  Risk management as a tool can not be overstated and is applied to areas of risk transfer, such as captive insurance. 

Captives

We will help clients construct risk transfer vehicles.  We will advise in the:

1. set up an offshore captives in various jurisdictions which are subject to, or based on English common law; and,
2. advise upon and draft relevant documentation including policy wordings, agreement for the captive managers and other relevant documents. 

Claims and dispute resolution services can be provided for the captives vehicles.
