Types of Clients - Professional Negligence Claims

Usually our clients are private individuals or businesses who have been mis-advised. However, our reputation and expertise developed primarily through acting for claimants has resulted in us also being asked to represent those in the professions having to defend a claim.

Professional indemnity insurers may agree to our instruction under the terms of a professional indemnity insurance policy or a claim may fall within the policy excess and necessarily have to be dealt with outside the terms of any policy.

As well as considering with you the merits of your claim we will discuss with you matters of practical importance such as
