Wrongful Dismissal

Wrongful dismissal occurs when an employer dismisses an employee in breach of contract. The most common type of wrongful dismissal is where an employer dismisses an employee and does not allow them to work (or be paid in lieu of) their full period of notice.

If you believe your employer has wrongfully dismissed you, Furley Page Employment Law Team can provide you advice and assistance in approaching and negotiating with the employer to try and resolve the situation. Alternatively, we can provide advice and assistance if you decide to bring an Employment Tribunal claim.
