Fixed Fee Initial Interviews
When you to speak to a member of the family law team about divorce or separation where proceedings have not yet been started, we offer an initial interview at a FIXED FEE of £100 including VAT.
Experience shows that trying to discuss all of the issues that you will want to raise within a short fixed time limit of half an hour will leave you feeling that you did not have time to mention important points that were concerning you, or that you were not able to ask questions to ensure that you fully understood our advice. We therefore offer initial meetings of indefinite length with a fixed fee, often lasting an hour and a half or 2 hours.
Following the meeting we will provide you with a letter of advice, at no additional charge, summarising our discussions to enable you to recall the advice that we gave you at a later date.
