When you telephone we will ask you a number of questions to enable us to find out whether there is any additional information that we need to obtain on your behalf prior to a face-to-face meeting.

Typically the questions that we will ask you will be:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your spouse's / partner's name.
  3. Telephone number.
  4. Duration of marriage.
  5. Ages of you and  your spouse / partner.
  6. Number of children and ages.
  7. Separated, if so, how long?
  8. Who is living in matrimonial home?
  9. Is matrimonial home owned, if so jointly or solely?
  10. Is there a mortgage , if so how much?
  11. Value of property.
  12. Other assets.
  13. Are you working?
  14. Is your spouse working?

We will then ask you to come and see a member of the department in order to discuss your case in more detail.

We fully understand that it is not always possible for clients to fit in with office hours and where the demands of your job make it impossible for you to attend a meeting during office hours we can arrange a meeting very early in the morning or in the evening.

If more convenient to you, we can arrange to meet you at your home or office.
