Notary in England
A Notary Public in England has many of the same responsibilities as Notaries in other European countries. A Notary is required to keep a permanent record of all the transactions he is involved in and he can subsequently be required to deal with queries from foreign lawyers or institutions abroad to confirm details of the transaction.
