Costs of Compensation Claims

You may already have insurance cover to bring a claim. This might be under a car insurance policy for you or the driver/owner of the car in which you were travelling, or under your household contents insurance. At our intial meeting we will discuss the options for funding open to you and will agree with you which is likely to be the best for you. In many instances there may be no cost to you if the claim is unsuccessful, and we will try and recover as much of the costs as possible from the other side when your case succeeds.
