We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Corporate team. Based at our Chatham office, you will have previous experience of:

  • Electronic diary management, booking rooms and arranging meetings
  • Telephone liaison with clients and firm’s contacts
  • Using digital transcription system, Bighand, to create letters, emails and documents
  • Using a case management system for client files
  • Scanning in and time recording of incoming post and emails
  • Maintaining orderly files – keeping filing up to date

Experience required:

  • An experienced Corporate Legal Secretary
  • An ability to used track changes and amend lengthy documents
  • Friendly but efficient telephone manner
  • Fast accurate typing (60+ words) with attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude

Working days are fixed at Wednesday – Friday
