Based at our Canterbury office with a hybrid working policy offering a flexible combination of office and home working, after an initial settling in period.

Our successful candidate will be required to specialise in a full spectrum of property work which will include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extension and re-mortgages.

You should be a commercially aware solicitor who can become a vital member of the team and add value to the practice. You will have previous experience acting for both home owners and investors, ideally in the Kent market.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
