Mary Anane is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Employment Team.

Mary joined Furley Page in July 2024 and offers advice across a range of areas in employment law and HR related matters.

Some of the recent employment issues she has experience in include drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, handbooks, employment contracts, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements.

Mary is adept in advising both employers and employees to ensure that they receive a practical and tailored solution to their legal needs. She takes a proactive approach to mitigating claims and works closely with clients to identify potential issues early and implement strategies to avoid disputes.

Mary previously worked and trained with a large regional firm having studied law at Anglia Ruskin University and completing her LPC and Masters at the University of Law.

She is known for her thorough approach, dedication to client service and commitment to staying updated on the latest developments in employment law and best practice.

Outside of work, Mary is an avid reader who enjoys a wide range of genres and has a keen interest in learning new languages, always eager to expand her knowledge by broadening her cultural and linguistic understanding.
