After obtaining a first class degree from the University of Kent, Simon started his full time legal career in London in a niche regulatory and commercial litigation firm as a paralegal where he gained experience with both large industrial clients and private clients, dealing with high profile cases and attending court. Simon joined Furley Page as a trainee solicitor in September 2011 and successfully completed his training contract qualifying a solicitor in the real estate team in September 2013.

Simon’s focus of work has been commercial property and he deals with a wide range of clients from large developers to individuals. Simon has experience in both freehold and leasehold properties and has helped a number of developers acquire land with a view to their needs for the development as a whole. Simon also regularly deals with leasehold properties for both the Landlord and the Tenant, in both the acquisition and the sale together with creating and amending existing leases.

Simon has also spent considerable time with the Residential Team in Whitstable and is able to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing.  Simon offers clear, uncomplicated advice to clients to ensure that complex legal documents are understood easily.

In May 2018 Simon was made an Associate Solicitor.
