Kent law firm Furley Page is celebrating its results in the annual rankings published by The Legal 500 2019 awards, a top independent national guide to excellence in the legal sector.
Outstanding individual performances by a record 24 of the firm’s lawyers are highlighted, while Furley Page is also recommended in 10 practice areas.
The firm’s highly-respected agriculture and estates team receives special praise, with Partner Ethan Desai acknowledged for his “thorough and perceptive approach”. Partner Andrew Masters, head of the employment team, is described as “hard to beat in the service that he provides” and specialist insolvency solicitor Natasha Biggs is acknowledged for her “open, clear and honest” approach to client service.
Furley Page’s private client team is highly recommended for its “incisive and straightforward advice” with four lawyers personally acknowledged within the guide.
Commercial property specialist and Partner Liz Brady is recognised for her “good in-depth knowledge of property law”, while property litigation expert Jeremy Ferris is singled-out for his “considerable experience and expertise”, “high quality advice” and “clear, concise manner.”
Meanwhile, the firm’s “very competent and efficient” charities and not-for-profit team is highlighted for its “clear advice, attentive service and excellent value for money”, with Partner Aaron Spencer praised for dealing “quickly and efficiently with all issues.”
