Furley Page lawyers are recognised for providing a “World Class” service to wealthy clients
September 26, 2017
Two lawyers at Furley Page have been named in a prestigious independent guide that recognises the world’s leading advisers to wealthy clients.
The inclusion of Partner Aaron Spencer is the first time that lawyers at Kent-based Furley Page have appeared in the guide, which is published by Chambers and Partners.
The same company also publishes the long-established annual legal guide which ranks law firms and their staff in the UK. This is due to be published later this autumn.
Chambers High Net Worth is a global guide to legal and other professional services for high net worth individuals. The 2017 edition covers more than 40 countries worldwide and features rankings and commentary of the top law firms and lawyers, accountants, private banks, wealth management organisations and fiduciaries serving the private wealth market.
The guide is independently researched by a dedicated team at Chambers, who conduct thousands of interviews year-round. It was published for the first time last year but only included London-based lawyers. It has been extended this year to cover the rest of the UK.
The guide says that Aaron advises on a range of private client matters, including the preparation of wills, the administration of estates and probate and succession planning. He also handles Inheritance Tax planning and often acts as a trustee. Clients include farmers, business owners and lottery winners.
“He explains technical legal matters clearly and concisely,” says a source, while another describes him as “knowledgeable, confident and friendly.” “His strengths are giving a good, efficient service, following up immediately any issues I have had, and overall giving a friendly and flexible service so that it is always a pleasure to deal with him,” reports a client.
“Everyone at Furley Page is delighted that Aaron has been personally recognised in a prestigious guide which is produced to such exacting standards by a widely-respected organisation.
“This independent research conducted by Chambers acknowledges and highlights what we already know – that lawyers at Furley Page provide world-class service and legal expertise to our clients, across a wide range of legal disciplines for families and individuals, and for businesses and organisations.”
