1. The Objects of Furley Page Foundation CIO a charitable incorporated organisation – Registered Charity number 1163007. (“the Charity”)
The objects of the Charity are to:
“Advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) for the benefit of the public, as the trustees see fit from time to time, in particular, but not limited to making grants to charities, or other organisations working to advance charitable purposes in Kent”.
Under the terms of the Charity Constitution, the Trustees will apply funds at their discretion in support of those activities which help further the objects of the Charity.
2. Funding priorities
2.1 The Trustees initial priorities will be to provide funding targeted at the people and local communities of Kent. This may include donations to other charities working within the County.
2.2 The number of projects which can be supported will be limited to the amount of funds available for distribution in any year and the Trustees will keep this under regular review.
2.3 The Trustees may change their funding priorities from time to time to ensure the most effective application of available funds.

When awarding funds, the Trustees will apply the following criteria to their decisions:
3.1 Applications from anywhere within the UK will be considered.
