Furley Page supporting the farming community at Farm Expo

Law firm Furley Page LLP will be exhibiting at the annual Farm Expo on 4th March in a show of support for the local farming community.

Having acted for farmers and rural landowners for generations, the firm’s Agricultural and Rural Business team have specialist knowledge in the wide range of challenges facing farmers, from the ‘family farm tax’ and the Renters’ Rights Act to changes to employment law.

Farm Expo is the region’s largest agricultural and machinery show. With over 100 specialist stands in attendance the event brings together farmers, suppliers and services, bringing in to focus the future of farms, farming and the vitality of rural enterprises.

Sarah Webster, Partner and Head of Agriculture and Rural Business at Furley Page, said: “Farm Expo is a key event in the agricultural calendar and it’s very important for us as a firm to be there supporting our local farming community and to discuss the issues it is facing.

Organised by Kent County Agricultural Society, Farm Expo is held at Kent County Showground in Maidstone. Doors open from 9am to 4pm on Wednesday, 4 March.
