Abigail is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Private Client team.
Abigail studied Law at Canterbury Christ Church University, she graduated with First Class Honours and was awarded The Ruskin Prize as the top performing Law & Criminal Justice Department student. After graduating she undertook the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s degree in Law, Business and Management, and achieved a Distinction.
Abigail joined Furley Page as a Trainee Solicitor in 2020 and worked within the Employment, Corporate and Commercial, and Private Client teams.
In October 2022, Abigail qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client team.
Abigail is based at our Canterbury office and specialises in will drafting, estate planning and administration, and preparation of lasting powers of attorney (LPA).
Abigail is also a member of the Furley Page Charity Law team. Abigail’s work includes advising philanthropic individuals and high net worth families about the creation of new charities, and advice to trustees on the governance of existing charities and on re-structures from charitable trusts to Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO’s).
Abigail is undertaking her exams for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales). So far, Abigail has been awarded a Distinction in her Administration of Estates exam.
