James Jones is an Associate Solicitor within the commercial Real Estate Team.
He joined the Team in 2020 having trained and worked at another well known Kent law firm.
James has experience acting on a wide range of different real estate transactions, including both residential and commercial sales, purchases, transfers, new developments, grants of leases, lease extensions, surrenders, refinancing, Easements and park homes.
James offers clients an effective, organised and friendly service and seeks to ensure that clients’ expectations are realistically managed throughout their transaction.
