Career
Following completion of his law degree and whilst undertaking his legal practice course part-time, James worked as a paralegal at a well-known Kent based law firm for over two years. During this time James gained significant exposure to a variety of different property transactions.
James then began his period of recognised training and qualified as a property solicitor in 2019, dealing with an array of residential and commercial property transactions for private individuals, up to large limited companies.
James appreciates that not every client has a working knowledge of the transactional procedure and legal process, and that someone such as a first time buyer may need a little extra help and guidance. James is always happy to provide and make things a little less stressful for clients and to ensure that any expectations clients may have are realistically managed.
James joined Furley Page in 2020 offering clients an effective, organised and friendly service throughout their property transaction.
