Kulwinder Kaur is an Associate in the Employment Law Team at Furley Page.
She advises and supports clients across the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for employers and employees alike.
Kulwinder assists employer clients with a wide range of workplace issues, while also advising employees on matters including settlement agreements, consultancy arrangements and Employment Tribunal claims. She is committed to providing practical, client-focused advice and goes the extra mile to help clients achieve successful outcomes.
Having featured in the national press and appeared on local television discussing topical employment law issues, Kulwinder is passionate about raising awareness of key workplace developments and remains actively engaged with emerging trends and legislative developments affecting employers and employees.
Kulwinder has also delivered training sessions and seminars for both employer and individual clients. She is known for her pragmatic, focused and tenacious approach, working efficiently to identify the key issues in each matter and secure timely, commercially sensible resolutions that help minimise stress, disruption and cost.
Kulwinder is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her dog and keeping fit at the gym.
