Simon Hutchings is a Legal Adviser within our residential property team based at our Canterbury office. Simon joined Furley Page in August 2021.
He has 20 years of conveyancing experience working in the local area. He also spent a number of years working at a top tier City of London law firm dealing with large scale residential portfolio funding.
Simon has an extensive knowledge of a variety of residential conveyancing matters and prides himself on providing a professional and at the same time personal service to his clients.
He understands that each transaction can come with its own challenges and demands and will always strive to make sure his client’s expectations are met.
