Furley Page employment team is delighted to present an Employment Law Update seminar in conjunction with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.
At the face-to-face seminar, our employment specialists will discuss future changes to employment law under the new Labour Government.
Content of seminar
The new Labour Government has pledged to introduce an ambitious, wide-ranging programme of employment law reform within their first 100 days. The implementation is likely to be in 2025. This seminar will consider the likely changes with guidance on how to prepare for the future. The subjects include:

- Family friendly policies and sexual harassment
- Zero hours contracts
- Employment status
- The right to switch off
- Changes to National Minimum Wage
- Changes to SSP
- Employers should be planning now for the changes.
