Content of seminar

The new Labour Government has pledged to introduce an ambitious, wide-ranging programme of employment law reform within their first 100 days. The implementation is likely to be in 2025. This seminar will consider the likely changes with guidance on how to prepare for the future. The subjects include:

• Family friendly policies and sexual harassment
• Zero hours contracts

• The right to switch off
• Changes to National Minimum Wage
• Changes to SSP
• Employers should be planning now for the changes.
