Two fixed fee Employment Law support services
Furley Page has launched two fixed fee employment law support services for businesses and organisations. The products – ‘Employment Gold’ and ‘Employment Platinum’ will provide cost-certainty for employers when dealing with employment issues and planning for the future in an increasingly uncertain period in time for organisations.
Employment Gold is a comprehensive service which will suit all organisations and cover all typical employment needs, including advice from a designated Employment Law specialist, preparation of documents relating to grievance, disciplinary and capability procedures, Employment Data Protection support and Insurance-backed Employment Tribunal defence costs.
Meanwhile, Employment Platinum includes additional ‘bolt-ons’ to tailor the support package, such as Health and Safety audits and Insurance against breach of covenants, as well as an agreed number of half or full day training sessions on topics including treatment of others, disciplinary investigations; and disciplinary and performance management.
In addition, all Employment Gold and Employment Platinum clients will receive preferential rates for a range of complementary services including collective redundancies, TUPE advice, tailored training sessions, advice about employment status, business immigration support and defending or pursuing appeals against employment tribunal judgments.
Annual membership will also save businesses time when seeking advice on employment law issues, as they will have a dedicated employment law specialist to support them.
