Career
Alistair Wickham is a Senior Associate in the Furley Page Corporate and Commercial team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined the team in August 2025.
Alistair has provided support to clients, businesses and individuals in a number of sectors with experience advising on:
- mergers and acquisitions;
- corporate re-structuring and re-organisations;
- private equity deals;
- share options and employee incentive schemes;
- shareholder arrangements and corporate governance;
- partnerships – GP, farming, general and LLPs;
- lending and security facilities; and
- general corporate matters.
Alistair was shortlisted for the Young Lawyer of the Year award in the Insider South East Young Professionals Awards 2023 having previously been one of three finalists for Junior Lawyer of the Year award in the Kent Law Society Awards 2020.
Alistair’s personable approach has helped him to build strong relationships with his clients over his years in practice whilst also helping him to establish close relationships with professionals and businesses in the local community.
